Perfectly fusing style and functionality, Mido's Ocean Star collection boasts exceptional water resistance, a product of high-tech materials and modern technology which had the series dubbed as the "King of Waterproof Watches" in the 1980s. This Ocean Star Captain Chronograph features a 44 mm rose gold PVD-coated steel case with a textured black dial under a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. It is complemented by rose gold-tone and luminescent skeleton hands and applied trapezoidal indices, uni-directional rotating dive bezel in black PVD-coated steel, discreet date aperture at the 4 o'clock position, and a screw-down crown flanked with textured pushers. Three subdials display a 60-second, 30-minute, and 1/10th of a second counters. It is fitted with a black rubber strap and secured by a matching black PVD-coated folding clasp with push-buttons. The rose gold PVD-coated caseback features an embossed image of Mido's famous starfish emblem, encasing the ETA caliber G10.211, a Swiss quartz chronograph movement, and is water resistant to 200 meters/660 feet.
