DATE: Edwardian, c.1910

An incredible Edwardian cluster ring featuring an oval halo of diamonds around a central step cut natural sapphire. The sapphire displays a striking intense deep blue colour, with great clarity and vibrant flashes of colour as the light hits the back facets. It's modelled in platinum throughout, with open space between the central stone and halo.
